This is an accidental front-facing camera picture from a trip to Iceland a few years ago. Turns out it’s one of my favorite accidents.

In normal times I enjoy travelling, camping, and hiking. In now-normal times I read lots of fantasy and sci-fi and spend time with my family.

I made the jump from business development and sales into software support in 2015 with the hopes of becoming a software engineer. I’ve now been employed fulltime as an engineer for over two years and it’s the first line of work I can see myself deepening my roots in.

My passion has always been to build interesting, useful things, and answer interesting questions. Working in software allows me to do that in ways I never thought possible before.
